IRCS and BTQ has co-signed MOU in the area of development of post-quantum cryptography. In particular, both BTQ and IRCS are interested in the research and application of the
SOLMAE (quantum-Secure algOrithm for Long-term Message and Authentication and Encryption) signature scheme tthat was developed by IRCS and submiited to KpqC competition Nov. 2022 including other lattice-based cryptosystems.
